.200’’ (3/16”) 3 layer Birch Ply , puzzle joint boxes. Sold unassembled, flat sanded, with tabs.

Customers will be supplied instructions for assembly. Tools required are: razor blade knife, small file, sand paper (optional) and your preferred light duty glue.

Simply cut the tabs and remove the pieces from the sheets. Then use a small file to remove remaining tabs or burs. Organize pieces into box groups and assemble. Add small amounts of glue in the joints during final assembly to permanently set up boxes. Printed instructions will be included in each order.

Boxes can be assembled as is after cutting tabs or they can be further worked, to a 220 grit and clear coated finish. Assembly is not difficult.

Choose your own ending based on your needs. Unlike traditional plywood, Birch has a high quality finish and can be stained or painted.

Traditional finish methods for a natural look are poly finishes and clear lacquer.We use the same directions they put on the can.

Left completely natural, the raw wood finish will show finger smudges. So, if you plan to handle your boxes a lot, we recommend at minimum one lacquer, satin finish coat.

If you order multiple bundles the website knows to add additional shipping for each bundle. As stated above no shipping will be added to the first bundle. The shipping is already in the price.
