DHF’s Flagship design, the Cutaway chef, features contoured “Cutaways” perfectly shaped for you fingers and knuckles to choke up in complete comfort. The handle is multi position ready. Allowing you to find just the right combination for your style. The slightly upward offset gives the user added knuckle clearance not usually found in small package blades. These are so thin, fast, and will maintain their edges with ease!
AEB-L HC stainless steel allows DHF to design the blade with both high Rockwell hardness abilities and corrosion resistance. This gives the user high performance without the additional maintenance required from pure carbon steel. AEB-L is arguably the nicest culinary stainless steel available today.
High Performance Cutlery, High Rockwell hardness - NO MAINTENANCE!
