It’s up to you because Sasto is a la carte! Will your tools have matching handles or are you more of an, "each is different” type? As DHF and Chef Joe release new tools over the coming months and years, you can add whatever you need.

We are currently prototyping the multi head cutter designs for wider pastas and raviolis as well as brass fluted cutter. Look for new releases in winter of 2023!
