(Olive trees are cut back regularly to promote propagation and fuller growth of the oil crop. As such, olive wood is regularly harvested with out damaging the trees.)

Photos of completed tools are for reference only. — Some earlier cutter releases were designed to completely disassemble. Due to some unexpected difficulties and issues with cross threading, all Sasto tools are now permanently assembled to their handles at DHF, per your order specifications . You will need to order a handle for each attachment. Painted frames have been upgraded to brushed 316 stainless and are not available at this time)
