Local exchange can be done truck bed to truck bed but be warned you’ll want/need mechanical assist to unload without several people to help you. It’s heavy!

Details: 

Coke/Coal forge table with automatic fire pot, heavy duty swing arm, and ForgeMaster dual burner gas forge.  Includes accessories, propane tank/regulators, and 10 gallons of washed coke (50lbs +-)

Specs: 

Table-  36” deep x 30” wide x 31 “ tall (forge deck height) 

1/4” thick steel forge deck and sidewalls. 6” side wall height. Full 3/16” thick tube frame. Painted originally with brush on, oil based Rustoleum. Repainted with 1200 deg paint on the swing arm and gas forge. Plus a fresh coat of primer and rustoleum black on the rest. 

Fire pot - Centaur Forge Coke fire pot  13.5” diameter (flange to flange) 11.5” diameter “ (inner pot size)

Ash gate - Centaur Forge standard dump ash gate with rotating baffle. 

Motor/Blower- Baldor 3/4 hp electric motor 120/240. Air cooled. Currently wired with heavy duty switch at 120v/8amps. Standard outlet pattern HD plug on 12’ 10 gauge cord. Wiring at 240 will get you to 4amps if you need it. Cast aluminum blower and aluminum ducting. Single air gate. 

Swing arm - 21” wide x 15x deep. Heavy tube frame. Adjustable swivel bolt. Expanded metal top (so no dust builds up underneath). Can be stored on the side or behind the coke pot when in use. Top of swing arm bracket has wall mount for stability (

Forge master- lovingly referred to as the “Fluxmaster” this forge is used for welding and lighting the initial coke for the lower table. Zero flux has been used in the lower coke pot. The dual burner forge master is an atmospheric forge designed for welding. Has two additional ceramic firebrick floors, a flux spoon, and the newer upper insulation is still in great shape. Brass plumbing front and rear. The cost of a new fire pot and the pain of getting welding flux out of the baffle far outweighs the cost of running a separate forge for welding and re-lining it every few years.

- propane 25lb tank with 30lb regulator and braided steel line. 

- 10 gallons +- washed coke (50lbs+-)

- fire shovel(light the initial coke on this shovel in the gas forge and dump it into the coke pot below.)

- Forge poker and door tool 

- Empire9 fire brick (3800deg brick for blocking off sections of the fire pot when isolating heat)

- brush and holder

- some forged tongs that can be separated, forged or finished into whatever you want, and a Bottle opener for while you’re working on it.
